Default Christmas Gift(s)

OK. So you are sitting in front of your computer screen browsing the latest posts on Corvette Florida and your wife/husband/son/daughter taps you on the shoulder and says "I have $500 to buy you something for Christmas for your Corvette". "What would you want me to buy?".

They have $500, what would you ask them to buy for your Vette?
Blow it all on one gift or get a couple?

Good question. It might be tough finding something for a 'vette that only costs $500. Maybe a couple of cosmetic mods and then you'd be done. A blower and associated goodies and a tune would be on my wish list but it'd be a lot more than $500.

You are right Mark. Let's make it a little more interesting and have the gift at $3,500. Lou

Being a first time corvette owner, being able to purchase the Z16 and have it in the garage is a great Christmas present.

Yeah, $3500 is a bit more like it. I think a set of polished ZO6 rims would be nice. Or maybe a good H/C package. Nothing too radical, just a nice hp bump.

For me? Hmm... steal Chase Bays away to redo my wiring harness. Or a spare set of crossfire TBs, new/better injectors, and a bore and sleves (for the TBs) of 500 and 1000. Or some new wheels and tires. Or custom springs, poly bushings, Z51 sway bars, good set of dampers. Or maybe brake upgrades.

Nah, I know what I would really ask for. I tanker full of 93 octane gas!
