It's always possible but I think with Stepps in the picture it's not probable.

I spoke with Jim Stepp, the owner personally relative to the matter, earlier in the week.

I think it's more the rent-a-cop flexing a little muscle and not using his IQ as a shield

I'll know more by Friday. I'll have a little more time over the next few days to do the research and such.
