Default C-4 Exhaust

I have a 1995 Coupe, and I am looking for an aftermarket exhaust. I am considering the B&B Performance cat back system, or the Magnaflows. Over the weekend, I heard the Magnaflows, but didn't see anyone with the B&B system. Someone did say that the B&B system was alot louder than the Magnaflow. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone have any experience with the B&B system?

Not on a C4, I have B&B Bullets on my C5, and they are loud but I love it. On the C4 I used to own I put Flow Master mufflers on it and it lowered the tone to a V8 sounding rumble. I had alot of people ask if I had a stroker motor after that and the motor was stock.

I have no personal experience with the B & B's , but like Rocket sait, I too have Flowmasters along with 3" true duals with an "H" pipe (stock manifolds) on my 87.
The sound powerful and will set off a car alarm at 50 yards, however, if you have anyone riding with you, it makes normal conversation a little tough. Then again, why would I have a "normal" conversation anyway?
A bit of drone in the passenger compartment but at idle and around town, it's a beautiful note.

I believe one of the guys at Insty Tune on saturday has them on his C4. I'll be happy to check this weekend and if so, I'll get you a sound clip.

I have a '93 and I am running the Flow Master cat back and it has a nice mellow sound. I have been complimented on how the car sounds. It's not over powering.

Default 87 TPI Motor

is there any problem with changeing the exhaust to headers that have the air injection pipes on them and a oxygen sensor bung ahead of the cat converter.
I allso plan on removing the two converters that are on the left and right pipes. and then in stalling new pipes to the mufflers in the rear. Which will basically give me headers (long style not shortty's) with no catalytic converters and straight to the mufflers out the back.
Will this affect the computer? any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Gary

I still have the original exhaust on my 85 C4. I wouldn't mind changing it to somethine that gave me a little more HP but nothing that makes it so loud that it's hard to talk to your passenger or hear the radio.

I had the Flowmaster cat back on my '92 and loved it. Had some droning in the cabin but it didn't bother me.. Great sounding exhaust as far as I was concerned

I hear the magnaflows and B&B are loud with a drone in the cabin. Personally I love the sound. I have muffler eliminators on my 96 for now. Sounds really good but still fairly quite at idle or cruise. Even my wife likes the sound. I'll eventually stepup up to a magnaflow x-pipe to replace the resonator, add magnaflow mufflers, then powdercoat everything black.
