Default Rebuilding and recovering C1 Seats

I am at the stage to begin the rebuilding and recovering of my seats. They were a basket case when I got the car ('62 Vette).

I have searched everywhere and cannot find reasonable priced detailed information on just how to do this. I know there is a CD offered by Ecklers, but at $80 there must be another way.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions on where to go, or where to look. I have seat covers...new springs...frames are de-rusted and painted, but I can't figure out how the small frame that goes against the foam pad is supposed to be oriented. All this was in pieces when I got the car, so I've never seen it together.

Hopefully this isn't too dumb a question from a relative novice...if so, sorry.
