Default Shadow, is this a bunch of crap?

The Seventh Amendment states:
"In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."

Here is a bit of information I would like to pass on to all of
you.

When you apply for a registration, accept a drivers or operators
permit, or even sign a W-4 or 1040 form, you are entering into
a contract.

You see, since taxation of ones income was specifically prohibited
in the Constitution, the IRS must get you to agree to submit yourself
to the taxation. This is true in the 50 states, while the Constitution
does not apply to the District of Columbia, U.S. Territories, or Indian
Reservations.

Anyway, that said, in order for states, cities, or counties to infringe
on your inalienable right to free travel via any means, they must get
your permission to exert jurisdiction over you. When you sign your
driving or operation permit, you agree to follow their rules,
regulations, and statutes. If you never get a permit, you are never
under any obligation to obey any traffic rule or device. You could
be driving 120 in a 25, and the only charge they can put on you is
operating without a permit. Then it is your turn to research the
laws in your state. In some cases, you may find the only people
required to register and hold a permit are those using the vehicles
for commercial purposes. Of course, it may be difficult to find an
honest judge, no, make that impossible. You would more than likely
loose the case if you play by their rules.

Dont play by their rules.

If you get issued a citation, and are forced to sign the ticket,
do this: ask the "officer" what will happen to you if you choose
not to sign the ticket. "Officer" replies," you will be arrested".
You say,"okay, officer". Write under your signature" Forced to
sign under threat of going to jail".
You see, any contract signed under threat is null and void.
This holds true for registrations and DLs as well. Whenever you
sign anything, make sure to indicate they were signed forcibly.

When you got to traffic court, it will go something like this:
Judge says"city of pigville vs. Joe Blow. Is Mister Blow present?"
You respond,"Your Honor, I am here concerning the matter of Joe Blow."
Judge asks, "Are you Joe Blow?"
You reply, "Are you ordering me to answer that question, sir?"
Judeg says, "Yes, answer the question, are you Joe Blow?"
You respond, "yes".

By identifying yourself, you are begining the court procedings
and placing yourself under that courts jurisdiction. If you are
forced to identify yourself, the jurisdiction becomes null and
void, so if you are found guilty, you can go to a higher court,
or sue the judge.

Well, after you are forced to identify yourself, the judge reads
the complaint and asks you what your plea is.

Do not enter a plea.

Say to the judge: "Your honor, I wish to envoke my 7th Amendment
right to a trial by common law jury".
Judge will at that point either deny your request if he is a fool,
or else he will dismiss your case. If he will not give you the
7th Amendment right, you say, "your honor, am I to understand you
are denying my right to a 7th Amendment right to trial by common
law jury? The Constitution mandates that that right shall be
preserved for all disputes in excess of $20. I demand to know
how you are going to preserve this right." If he still refuses
to dismiss the case, still do not enter a plea. This judge can
be sued for violation of your civil and natural rights, and can
be removed from the bench for this bull****. It may take a lot
of time and effort, but if you know how to play the game, you can
win every time you go to traffic court.

Just remember, a contract signed under force is null and void, and
is as if it was never signed.

Just a little tidbit of information.

If you want more, read your Constitution, and take advantage of all
your inalienable rights. Also, visit your library and read the IRS
codes and the United Commercial Code.
