Skull found in Seffner

I went to pick my daughter Angelica up from my Dads, (she gets off the bus there to get her daily spoiling), I get down there to turn in and I see cops all over the corner property were a 711 is being built and there is crime scene tape everwhere, They found a scull, Im very interested in how it got there.

Female...Blonde..Treating it as homicide, body there about 15 years. I am sure more will come up later on the news, but so far that is all they know.( Also gold teeth on lower jaw.)
