Daffy, not so hard just time consuming. I'm no lawyer just a lowly landlord like yourself. My understanding is that the Clerk of the Court in each county in Florida has a form specific to their jurisdiction. There will be about a $100.00 filing fee. Get down to the Clerks office in the morning they will help you. Be careful of the ambulance chasing attorneys that will want to help you.

I'm in the process of trying to rent a home in Sarasota County. The economy is so bad that finding a tennant with good credit is tough. I've almost gotten soft a few times. Your story will snap me back in line for a while.
