The video clip didn't say so.... I certianly hope the Porche was penalized for the BS spin out. ALMS has pretty strict rules against rough agressive driving.
Those two had been going at it the whole race. What isnt shown in that clip is the vette bumps the porshe and then (where the clip starts) the porshe retaliates and sends the vette into the wall.

The vette bumped the #45 Flying Ass Os because he was the slower of the two and was blockin from being passed. If that is how they want to race they should be penalized harshly:.

Yea, the Porsche driver needs his nuts cut off in a big way. He admitted to spinning the Vette because the Vette was "quicker" and he wanted to win. I can see a little bumping, as I know rubbin's racin, but spinning him out should get a very severe penalty (like forfeit the lap to all the cars on the same lap). Plus the severity of the crash should factor in some too, it's bad enough if they send him sliding into the grass but a concrete wall at 130 mph is PURE B--L S--T !!
