How do you celebrate New Years Eve?

This year its gonna be party in if we party at all...got to work Monday so no getting sh!t faced for me.

Typically, we stay at home and bring in the New Year with our kids.

Well, in the past Connie would go to bed around 11 or so while I'm working on the computer. Around midnight I will hear the fireworks going off from the neighbors, so I would go into the bed room and kiss her Happy New Year.

But I dunno, lately she has been staying up almost as late as I do. So maybe she is making a break with tradition......

Looks like we are in for a repeat Sunday night of what we had for Christmas Eve night. LOTS of rain...........

We stay in, also. Our partying out days are over which is fine with us. Ususally we're in bed before the ball drops but the neighborhood fireworks wakes us up.

I am a mobile DJ, so New Years Eve has always been someone else's party with the wife at home.
I decided not to take a New Years gig this year. Goanna stay home and be with the wife. She will not make it past 10PM anyways. She gets up at 4:30 to go to work. Too early for me.

I haven't gone out for New Years Eve in close to 20 years! No reason to play with the amatuers
