C6 ZO6 Headers!!!
Hello everyone I was interested in purchasing a set of headers for my 2008 C6ZO6, but this is my first time every owning a vette so im not exactly sure what parts work best. I know that KOOKS makes a set of headers as well as American Racing. I also found out that SLP came out with a set of headers too, they are suppose to be the best on the market according to them, but im not sure on what to purchase. Can you guys give me some tips.

I went with the LG Motorsports Pro Longtube headers ( http://www.lgmotorsports.com/catalog...roducts_id=932). I had them Jet Hot coated before sending them to me as well.
The tubes coming right off of the heads don't have the shine that they used to, however. But they still look really nice.
I've got a video somewhere on this site doing a before and after comparison of the difference in sound they made for my C5Z.

Thank's for the link I really do appreciate all the help im getting! Hey by any chance do you know if the SLP Headers are any good as far as performance because someone I know told me that they are really loud and im better off getting the KOOKS Long Tube Headers, but the problem is that I dont think that the KOOKS Headers come hot gel coated so it makes them look kid of cheap.

There is no reason why you can't get them coated yourself. LGM doesn't offer their headers coated either, but I bought the headers from them, had them send them to Jet Hot to be coated, then sent to me. Takes more time, but well worth doing.
