Thats just typical press sensationalism to bolster ratings.

Her nonsense about drinking and driving goes much deeper than that. They BOTH made a conscious decision to enter that vehicle, knowing the driver had been drinking. She fails to mention that.

HE made a conscious decision to stay with Nick and I'd be willing to bet my life on it, that he was supporting Nicks actions on the street that night.

Don't misunderstand my position here.

I've said from day one that NICK needs to be punished just like anyone else would. I've also said that I feel he's recieved preferential treatment all the way around.

Furthermore, I have lost respect for the entire family over this matter. they way they think about no one but themselves and the $$ they can make when it's over

They'll probably need it to pay off the lawyers and the suit damages.

It's sad all the way around, but I'm not ready to place Mr. Graziano in martydom quite yet

Oh I agree, he is not a saint , and he did know he was getting into a car with a driver who had been drinking.
I have a feeling there will be a BIG lawsuit they're gonna have to pay off.

You can bet on it unless the Bolleas settle out of court (which will likely be thier best legal advise).

A total waste of life. I can't and don't want to ever imagine taking care of a family member as a result of idiocy from a drunk. That boy needs to pay big time.

Well not to start a double antinick thread, but the man had a choice to sit in the car with a drunk driver, and he had a choice to buckle up. So, i understand nick should be held responsible, but graziano(sp?) should be held to his own as well.

If i were to die in my accident caused from someone else, and i wasnt wearing my seatbelt, do you think my parents would be getting any money from my death, nope. My own lawyer told us that. Just cause the other person has money, doesnt mean your getting any of it.

Try reading the entire thread before you assume we're simply bashing Nick

It's been said several times now that Graziano has his share of the "blame" to bear.

I could care less about the family. They really have nothing to do with the facts of the case. What they do is now is a moot point. It still won't change the outcome of the crash.

They may be total white trash but right now, the Hogans aren't looking all that angelic either

The whole thing is sad

Graziano's actions will impact the result of the civil suit; however, I think your attorney might be a little off base on this one.

If you die as a result of someone elses negligence (that's the key), then your family will likely win thier civil suit.

The fact that you were not belted in and may have contributed to your own demise will mitigate the settlement and your family will likely get less than otherwise might be awarded...but I can almost guarantee you...they;ll win...I see it daily on some of the most ludicrous cases on earth
