POLITICAL...Has anyone else seen this?

We should all get ready and brace ourselves. I am firmly convinced the following four (4) things will occur on or before 12/31/08:

1. Obama will be elected President of the United States

2. The Dow Jones Industrial Average will close below 10,000

3. Regular gas in the U.S. will average $5+ per gallon

4. Inflation will soar

Anybody got any bad news???

Yeah, this is going to be a disappointing list of choices this year (gmjunkie excluded, of course).... Normally I find myself voting for the lesser of two evils during a presidential election. But what do you do when none of the choices is actually the "lesser". I believe Bob Barr is running as an independent. So I may either vote for him, or not at all this time around. Walking out of the poll after voting for McCain, Obama, or Hitlery would have me puking on the way home....

I am with you Rich. I have voted Republican all my adult life but I am having a problem this year. I have seen a couple of interviews with Bob Barr and I like the things he is saying. He might not have a chance in h*** to win but if he gets enough votes it might be a wake up call to the Dems and Reps.
