just need several high pressure rotating steam jets in the ceiling, and a smooth stainless interior and a large drain grate in the floor, and a momentary pressure switch that turns on the steam flow if a sudden pressure change is detected, all easily installed....you might want to install a spring loaded hinged floor grate with a high speed metal shredder, with a geared 3 multi tooth roller system below to clean up any solid residue, like bits of lap top computers, or terrorist major bone fragments
