Default Thanks for the Picture!

One of the nicest and clearest pictures I have of my C6 was sent to me by our friends at the toll booth.....my unit failed to send a signal and they just wanted me to be aware of it...nice group of guys and gals!!! Actually the verbiage was a bit more firm......

I had a guy remove his FOP "badge" grom his tag before, but only because he was an ass from jump! 2 choices. Remove it or sign here for defacing the tag

Had a knucklehead with an FHP decal (the little badge decal thier FOP sends out) over the orange in the center of the tag...guess he thought that was gonna save his ass too....think again sparky

You get all kinds!

Hey Larry, glad to see you on the board

Gordon

Besides DWLS, what was he ultimately charged with? Some sort of grand theft/theft of services?

Just curious. Thanks!

Does every person who runs a stop sign get a ticket? I think not. It definetly doesnt mean squat to the police though because those plate stickers/badges can be picked up almost anywhere. I see them all the time.

We don't send out little decals, nor are we represented by FOP. We hope that the new Governor's ethics commission will put these organizations that pimp under the guise of helping an agency out - out of business.

The charge is grand theft.

You are right - they are every where. People with them are not cops because no cop wants to be caught dead off duty being portrayed as a cop. I always tell my rookies, "You want your car keyed, put that Academy gift shop crap all over your car"

The mythbusters TV show did a segment on a lot of these plate covers and none of them worked. The spray or the covers all photographed very nicely
