Default Wet Sanding?

OK, I thought I could learn to live with the lousy paint job that came on my '07 but can't stand to look at the extensive "orange peel" any longer. I would like to take the car to a good paint shop in the Tampa Bay area for wet sanding. Does anyone have a recommendation??
