Do you realize that you are running this the same day that the local Tallahassee Corvette club has their yearly show?
Rich was not aware of that, we only have 2 spots left for this event as of today. Hopefully you can make it to one sooner or later! I wish we could plan every event around other happenings but unfortunately that cannot happen. The spring is full of car events no matter what weekend we picked it would probably coincide with another event in one way or another!
Yeah, I hear you. Too bad this is a conflict as some people come from out of town to attend the Cruisin' Corvettes function, and if your shootout took place, say on Sunday the 24th, likely some people would stay over just to attend your event as well.
I was thinking my blue C5Z would be ready to take a run down the 1/2 mile so I could see what it will do.
Arghh, looking like it might not be an optimum day at the track on Saturday. Weather forecast right now is calling for a 60 percent chance of thundershowers that day.
I'm going to have to check the weather myself even for the Corvette show in Tallahassee. If my road is too muddy, no sense taking the car out for mudbogging. And quite honestly, a Corvette show in the rain just doesn't strike me as being a heck of a whole lot of fun.
But Saturday is still three and a half days away, and the weather forecast can change a dozen times between now and then. The rain forecast has already moved from Friday/Saturday to Saturday/Sunday, so maybe the forecast will just move it on out of the weekend completely. Or at least the rain will come through late on Saturday and not screw up the events that day.
