Heat - June, 2023
Feels like Florida summer weather is settling in. High today in front of the garage was 99.5 degrees. Definitely hits you in the face when you walk out of the air conditioning into it.

High was 100.4 degrees here today. At one point the "feels like" temp was 117.7 degrees. Needles to say, I stayed in most of the day. Just went out to move hoses around to water some plants. And that was quite enough.

Last year the temps hardly went above 90 here in Colquitt. It's been 95-96 for the last three or four weeks now and the forecast doesn't look much better for next week. But I remember in 2012 Tallahassee hit it's new record high of 105 degrees so.....

On August 12, "feels like temp" reached 138.3 degrees here. Actual thermometer temp reached 100.6 degrees.
