101* at my place yesterday, at least according to my weather gauge. Seems a little high but it's darn sure hot!

Was out of town for a couple of days and got home to find the AC unit in the garage had given up the ghost while we were gone.

It's just a bit over 2 years old. As far as I can tell, there was no precipitation while we were away, so I don't think lightning had anything to do with it.
Just typical short lifespan for crap made in China or Mexico, I presume.
