Me too. I have a lot of friends from brand X, most of which also reside here in the great State of Florida.
And I'd be lying to you if I told you I no longer look over there, DC or any other vette related site. But some of the cop hater and I got a ticket, poor me threads get to be a bit much for me at times
OT (off topic) gets absolutely stupid at times and a couple of the Mods have pissed me off so badly over the years that I stick around just to screw with them!!!

I guess with umpteen hundred thousand people on board, you're not always going to have a happy house and being the house sitter is probably a tough job at times. All I ask is that you treat everyone fairly and equally, and I see it NOT happening on many occasions
That bothers me.
As far as the forum goes, I just take it for what it is.
I use the C4 section for information, glance around at OT (try not to post much in there anymore. Thats where the pizzing contests usually take place), and other than that, just try to keep up with the friends I have over there and the local happenings via the events section.
As far as HOME goes though, this is it for me.
I couldn't be happier. We have great people and 99.9% of us are truly local, as in we live here year round, allowing us to pull off stunts, I mean activities, like yesterday's cruise and lunch on a more regular basis
And our part time residents are great too. They bring a lot to the site and for that we're thankful
I truly love it here because I feel like I'm with family.
And the more of you I/we meet the more "family like" it feels!
The wife was even mentioning last night on the way home how "diverse" a group this is and how much she enjoyed meeting everyone
For my wife, that's a HUGE statement. Thanks for showing us such a great time.
As for the site, this is HOME for me too
