After researching, reading reviews and speaking to several Wii owners, went out and purchased Wii Fit system this weekend. I was amazed at the workout (Yoga, strengh, balance, aerobics) you can get with this system once you go through the entire workout. We were planning to buy some exercise equipment but for a fraction of the cost settled for the Wii and you can use it for other game applications as well. Anybody out there have a Wii and want to offer your input?
Star & I bought a Wii last Christmas and a week or so later got the Fit to go along with it. She uses it more than I do but it is a hoot. I mainly use the golf game. I bought a Tiger Woods golf game and hooked it up to the internet and can play my step-son in Miami! If you have wi-fi in your home you can hook the Wii to your internet. Have fun!!!
If anyone wants a fitness program, heck, come on over to my place and help me pull weeds from our 50 acres. From swatting mosquitos and slapping at ants clinging to the weeds all at the same time, I GUARANTEE you will get one hell of a workout! If that gets to be too tame for you, well then we can move on to pulling grape vines out of the trees.
