I’m getting ready to “reposition” the Vette to Florida for good!
The plan so far is that I’ll be taking it up to DTE in two weeks for headers, thermostat, tune and dyno. Once I pick her up, we’ll be heading down. A little stop at the NCM for an unofficial home coming on the way. I expect to be on the road May 23rd arriving at our home in Florida on the 24th. I’ll be a full time resident!!
The problem I see is that I’ll likely be running right in the middle of love bug season. I’ve been looking but so far have not seen any early sightings or predictions of their arrival. I’ll be applying as many coats of Rejex as I can between now and then but just missing the peak would be priceless.
Anyone hear anything?
