And another great time has been had. Scored a .5 second victory in class over a 08 911 Carrera4 with my 96 LT-1 and I think I beat out an 03 ZO6 (different class) but I'm waiting on the official times to be posted. Had a great time up in brooksville...as you'll be able to tell at my goofy a$$ at the end of the video.
Results are in. First in class, ninth overall, second overall on street tires. I'll take it. Oh and I did beat out the ZO6 that was on R-compounds (although he had a few runs quicker, but not without any cones).
Pretty good, although I think most of the change came from not having glazed over rotors. I do love them around town, so I certainly can't complain. When I upgrade to the C6 front calipers I'll be going with carbotec AX6's though...
