Default Mechanic needed in So. Florida (Broward county)

Hello all.

I am in the process of restoring a 77 4spd. I need an honest / reliable mechanic or shop that will do a good job. I would also like someone who is familiar with Vettes. I just don't have the time or patience to get the work done myself. Brake work, suspension, and general maintenence for starters. Im in Broward County. Thanks

Mark

Mark,
I use a place in Miramar called Advanced Automotive. They are off of Pembroke road and Palm Avenue.
I had them replace my A/C compressor, drier and belts today. While they are not the friendliest or cheapest they do seam to do good work. They also understand the imporatnce of taking steps to prevent paint and interior damage which is very big to me!
Their number is 954-431-8121.
I dropped my car off at 08:30 today and had it back by 1:00, pretty quick.

Any ways good luck, it is hard to find a shop that you feel comfortable with.

Bill

Call my friend Roger at Horsepower Sales in Pompano. Copans and I-95. If he can't do it he can lead you in the honest right direction. Tell him Mel said to call. He just installed the tire pressure sensors in my Z06 and is about to tune a buddies new C6 Coupe. Let us know how it goes.
