Default A/C clutch relay

Hey folks, my friends '91 is having A/C issues. Tracy at RveXtreme recharged the system but it seems the clutch relay is bad. It is located on the driver side around the instrument panel...somewhere... Anyone ever had to replace that bugger and where is it located in that mess?

Thanks,
Joe B.
