Default freon levels

what should i be looking for on high and low pressure lines?
anyone use this new "synthetic" freon. kind of a stupid name since im pretty sure 134a didnt come from mother nature. marketing i suppose

Low side 24-34 depending on Ambient Temp,High side 150-350 Depending on Ambient Temp!!
