We have not had a winter like this since 1995.

Drive up to Thomasville tomorrow Rich, or Dothan! They should have 2 inches on the ground! The weatherman said that Florida and Hawaii are the only states (in the US) that don't have snow on the ground! That will likely change tomorrow....

I have a colleague on business 30 miles north of Moscow (Russia) -52 degrees with the wind chill. That makes 40 sound like spring.

Jeff, I lived in Maryland for 40 years. I'm not interested in going out of my way to SEE snow. Matter of fact, if I NEVER see that stuff again, I would be perfectly content with that situation.

I'm up in the northern compound Delaware. In the past week we've had over 50" of global warming and have already set new season records.

Just ringing like hell here. But rain mixed with 39 degree temps is no fun.

Seems to me that Al Gore went from being the laughing stock over the "hanging chads" controversy to being a major horse's ass with his chicken little "global warming" proclamations.

Of course, I heard he is making MILLIONS off of his investments in "green" companies, so perhaps he will have the last laugh.....
