Default I disturbed this while gardening

I was prepping the ground for planting, and this came sprinting out from under ground. Are there eggs in that white sack?

What kind of "Mom" would that be?
I'm a "zero" at spider identification.

I don't think it's a brown recluse. One key identifying feature of the brown recluse is a fiddle shaped marking on top of it's head.
