Unhappy A little advise please ladies & gentlemen

OK, my 1994 coupe restoration is moving forward at great speed. Bodywork is done and I will do the paint this weekend as soon as I find my Binks in a box somewhere. I have all the parts except the window stops to restore the doors and windows from end to end. I could use any tips anyone might want to share on realigning and adjusting the windows and door panels. I am way too familiar with the stops and window tracks and electric lock issues but would love to know if there is a local Tampabay source handy with the window stops in stock. I saw a nice little post on how one of you used small screws to hold the door panels in place to overcome the dreaded floppy door panel top syndrome, thank you for that and the nice pictures in your post to shorten my learning curve, great idea.

So my 2 final issues before I call this project 100% done is the same ones I had on my 89 coupe exactly and this is where I really need some help so I don't waste time and money.

First - In driving the car there is a thumping or clicking or loose slapping from the brakes, at most speeds other than highway and worse as you crawl slowly. While it is happening, a little slight touch on the brakes and it goes away. I would be grateful for any direction on this so I don't have to go through the entire brake system mechanically to locate it and I know it must be common since both my vettes did the same thing. The pads are at 50% life left and the rotors feel true and without pulsation, very smooth on application. Fire away folks if you have any advise.

Second - This one is driving me nuts and I spent so much time searching for it on my 89 that I never got to the brake clunk issue on the car before selling it. When driving the car over bumps and pot holes etc., more pronounced at slow speeds there is a loose rattle, clunk from the suspension. The exhaust system is tight, the steering components are without slack, that was as far as I got before thinking I should ask you guys before spending all my time looking for this issue on this car. You would swear it was a loose exhaust hanger but I can not find it yet. I thought perhaps it might be hiding in the transverse spring mounts but again, I'd love some experienced feedback so I may start looking for it in the common places.

Help me Obi-wan-kanobee, you're my only hope... (hows that for cornball).

I would give Auto XTC a call if I were you. They are located close to you and do excellent work. Larry French is the owner and can be reached at 727-573-1292. John Wilson is his awesome master corvette tech and knows the C4 inside and out. Tell them Mark from Bradenton referred you if you want. Good luck and I hope this helps.
PS: I'm better looking than Obi-Wan.

I'd agree.

Just from similar experience, I'd start by taking a good close look at:

1) the brake caliper to make sure one hasn't worked loose.
2) the rear wheel bearings.

Check your rear sway bar bushings. Mine was making a clunking noise and was just the sway bar bushings.
