rich, im sorry you werent 100% satisfied. clearly the car was shown with the c5 wheels and you admit you didnt know they werent standard z06 wheels and i bought it like that., so maybe we both learned a lesson. in all my future z06/c5 ads ill clearly say wether the wheels are stock or not.....as for any other gripes you did not bring them to me at the time. i believe you admitted that.....i offered you the 03 to make you happy.....you put alot of money in your z06 with aftermarket goodies and i understand yours is worth more now but i still tried to do right by you as obviously 500.00 wasnt enough......
i can stay here forever debating with you but hope you will see my sincerity and end this now.....if i can ever get you a discount on future parts or cars id be more then happy to take good care of you.or other corvette enthusiasts.

I guess you need to get out more! Have you been to malfunction junction in Tampa? I know people that drive 100 miles to and from work every day and sit in rush hour bumper to bumper all the time.

I've put 12,000 miles on my car in the last year and I would say that only 1,000 have been on the highway.

Without taking sides, upon a cursory review of this thread there certainly are two sides to this story. Both parties have made good points and by the same token bad judgements. This thread could continue for weeks and the end result will only be hurt feelings and/or egos. This matter if it is to continue needs to go to some sort of binding arbitration at best.

And for the future mikes98pacecar, it is not, "be governed accordingly", it is, "please be guided accordingly".

btw, car has the original f1 tires with better then 50-70% life so id say with 62k miles they were ez fl- highway miles!!
burnouts would have cooked these a long time ago in my opinion.
