I wonder why this was videod in the first place. Seems to be an odd position as if this was staged, maybe not but just seems odd.

My impression was that the guy likely thought he was videotaping a crime scene.

I would bet that without the video he would blame all the damage to the rear clip and the front end being drug on the ground from the initial spin out.
