There is no change in weather immediately after a launch, nor does a launch influence a change. NASA weather defaults to one of the largest window-of-launch opportunites ever known to man to ensure the weather has no bearing on a launch...here, or anywhere, at the half dozens launch/recovery sites around the world...and also includes the same safety parameters for weather when it comes to landing.
