    Thanks Rich. It was built in 1970, 4820 square feet. Now when our 4 kids and their families come on Christmas, they'll all have a place to stay. Even has the original central vac system still working.

    I would love to make you an offer, but the house renovations are ongoing. I think the master bath alone is around $25K, and this is a 6 bed, 7 bath house, and we are paying as we go so it's going to go on for a while.

    Another inch from Tuesday until this afternoon. The farmers up here are running into problems with it being too wet to plant at the moment. We've been getting heavy downpours that are flooding their fields. Sometimes you just can't win.
