    LED driving lights

Rich, Let me know if this post is not acceptable or what I would need to do to keep this post visible. I am now the only dealer for these lights in the state of GA and currently there are none in FL. I can drop ship these lights to you, and 95% of the time, ground shipping is 100% free. My...

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

Still not ideal, it gets even worse when you up the boost as the volume increases exponentially with boost increase. this is assuming a 57 trim T-4 as there is not a listing for a 57 trim T-3.

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

I was thinking, IF the turbo's are a true T-3 / T-4 configuration with the T-3 hot side and T-4 cold side, the T-4 60 trim cold setup does work OK with your numbers, but you could benefit from more boost or less back pressure. it takes more exhaust drive pressure to drive the larger T-4...

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

that was just a theoretical "at what RPM vs. Volume vs. Pressure would that turbo work in it's ideal efficiency range on your engine. that turbo is better suited for a smaller displacement engine than a 7L 427ci monster, err well 1/2 that a 3.5L 213ci engine. That turbo, the T-3 60 trim with a...

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

to show an accurate representation of what would be an ideal RPM range vs. volume and RPM for the 427 motor, we will assume the pressure ratio comes out to be (14.7 + 14.7) / 14.7 = 2.0, 14.7 PSI out of the turbo. upper limit is 3205rpm CFM = (7.0 x 3205 x 90 x 2.0) / 5660 = 713.5CFM or...

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

boost is only a measurement of resistance of the intake tract of an engine at a specific flow rate. I've been doing a little bit more research on how to properly pick a turbo for a gas engine. here are some formula's and guides to check and see what you have. FIRST off, we have to find out the...

Powder Coating and Ceramic Coating Services

Hi, I'm Benjamin, I run a multitude of tax shelters, AKA websites and side businesses, one of which I do powder coating and ceramic coatings. I did the compressor and turbine housings on Rich's blue vette and should have some work from Aaron Scott @ South Ga Corvettes coating some of his...

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

Techline ceramic coatings. i'm fairly impressed with them, they are more of a flat/satin finish instead of the semi-gloss/gloss finish i normally see. IMHO i like it better that way. Rich, i welded completely around your tips since they were poorly spot welded in 2-3 places and showed signs of...

    427 engine (part 2) - RHS block

Here are some pics... the lighter in color parts are coated but not cured. The parts are all in the oven as I type. 45 more minutes.... I think your going to like them
