    bumpers warping??

    My 79, no longer have it, sat in the sun, for most of 30 years. The rubber bumpers warped and waved, after about 20 years. My used 92, is garaged and the door is open, most of the day. The afternoon sun and heat, shine on it all PM. Will the sun light or the heat, cause the warping? Need to know...
