Rain today

Had a pretty strong storm line pass through last night around 5am. Got 0.71" of rain. LOTS of lightning!
 
1.17" of rain today. Was hoping to go to the car show at the local Hardee's today, but not going to drive the vette through the mud to get there.
 
Heading to North Carolina today for a week for my father in laws 90th birthday and my brother in laws funeral. Life throws a lot of things at us at times.
 
Off and on sprinkles all day long today just barely amounting to a tenth of an inch. But it was an excellent day to wash some of the vehicles that have been WAY overdue for their baths. Washed three of them. And like someone was looking over my shoulder with each and every one, a drizzle would start just as I was towel drying each vehicle. Do you suppose that God is really Murphy of "Murphy's Law"?
 
Hardly any sprinkles at all up here today. But they're calling for some bad storms tomorrow, and all the way up to Tennessee for us.
