STS 127...NEW TIME FOR WEDNESDAY!!!
Space Shuttle Endeavour, is scheduled for lift off, from Launch Pad A, at 5:41AM (05:40:47 EDT) (09:40:47 GMT). This is the 29th International Space Station flight, assembly flight 2J/A, Japan's KIBO laboratory JEM EF, ELM-ES and Integrated Cargo Carrier.
Technicians fixed the gaseous hydrogen venting system outside space shuttle Endeavour's external fuel tank. The leak occurred near the Ground Umbilical Carrier Plate, or GUCP, (pictured below) which is attached to the external tank. The vent line leads from the GUCP and away from the launch pad to the "flare stack" where excess hydrogen is safely burned off.

Think I'llget up a bit early and watch that one go (from my front yard). Thanks for the up date Jack.

Nix on the launch...AGAIN!! LOL
Oh well...I tried...I tried to get these guys going and for some reason they just wouldn't have any of it.
Same problem that delayed Saturday's launch is keeping this one from going again...and with that being said, the earliest now that is considered for the next attempt is 11 July.
Keep the faith!

The latest on the STS127 launch...
Looks like we're gonna try this one more time on the 11th of July, 2009, at 1934 hours (7:34 p.m.), EST.
And of course, when doing the Launch Pad A thing, how can I avoid ever taking enough pictures out there!!??
