What is this and how do I get rid of it? Sorry for the nighttime pix but I can provide one during the day if needed.

That my friend is a Sorry attempt at a Blend on a Spot Paint repair!!!You can hide it a Little but the only real way to get rid of it is to refinish!!

Looks like the clear is degrading. Polishing compound might hide it somewhat.

Maybe you could cover it...I know these go on and come off without damage...your damage may not be in the right location. Just a thought
