C6 Z06 Corvette Flyby @ 198 MPH !!!

Is that filmed with a dash cam in a LEO's car? If so I don't think the LEO could catch him but I've always heard you cannot out run their radios.
 
If I remember correctly, this took place on the Autobahn in Germany.
