I suppose it's a miracle that this didn't happen to my car at some point over the past two years...

 
that was a Honda Stealership. I like the last line before the video went off, "I can still Certify it" (as in a Honda Certified used car)
 
It is amazing no one got hurt working under it when it fell. Is is just me or does that lift look like it is too small for lifting an SUV? No wonder the darn thing fell off.
