got bored and after seeing a couple others done, decided mine was next. most likely going to redo the fuel rail covers.

went ahead and painted the washer bottle, overflow bottle and fuse panel to match today.

Why not just get a cover for the battery compartment and paint that green?
 
I've got one on the blue C5Z that works well. Of course, I did have to trim it a bit to fit around the polished stainless steel fuse box cover. I had to put in extra wiring for the fuel pump system I installed, so it was getting a bit unsightly in there.
 
the battery itself being green would be more unique than a cover. plus cost way less.
