I am really surprised that there appears to be a functioning brain down there in their local government. The rest of them really need to look at the graphs and try to figure out what this all means.
But push come to shove, this really should be voluntary anyway. If people want to engage in activities that might likely expose them to catching this virus, then so be it. Understand the risks, and accept the responsibility for your own welfare. Just stay the hell away from me.
