Need Trustworthy Reliable Mechanic To Restore 81 Vette

I have a 81 Vette that I have torn apart with hopes of restoring it and I just don't have the time, so I am looking for someone who can make the modifications that I want along with restoring. Does anyone know a shop out there that would be interested? I would like someone who specialized in vettes and is familar with the ins and outs. Thanks!
