C4 Troubleshooting

86DSOMVERT

Maui No Ka Oi
I'm sure most of the C4 owners know Gordon Killebrew. But I wanted to take a moment to sing this mans praises. I've been having a hell of a time with a tranny shop in Ocala that supposedly did a rebuild on my 4+3. Come to find out it's not even the transmission at all it was the shift linkage out of alignment.

I first took it to him on the way back from Indy Super Chevy and now recently while at the Homecoming. I have to say by far Gordon is the best troubleshooter of C4 corvette problems I've ever had the pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend anyone with issues on a C4 check out his website http://www.gordonkillebrew.com

He has a school located on his beautiful property in Cross Plains, TN. If you are at a show in the BG area or in Carlisle be sure to look him up.  Gordon for helping resolve and isolate the "actual" problem while the transmission shop just took a stab in the dark all at the major expense of my wallet. :NoNo:

If anyone would know about the C4 it would be him. I bought a new '92 and kept it until I sold it for the 2004 (12years/150k miles) and I sat through several of his question and answer seminars at corvette events through the years. Glad you were able to benefit from him knowledge
