Default Looking for a

Place in Jacksonville area that can do a good wheel balance job.
I have been to the Goodyear store on San Jose blvd. 5 times and on the last trip they finally replaced 1 of my rear tires because it had 26lbs of road force.
The replacement had 15lbs. it did help some but still no cigar. The other 3 have between 5-6lbs of road force.
I still have a shake in my steering wheel and a phasing vibration throughout the car.
I didn't have this problem before I changed the tires and wheels, went from runflats on mags to GSD3's on Z06 size chrome Y2K chrome wheels.
They have been road force balanced on a hunter GS9700 at the Goodyear store each time.
HELP
