He definitely rubs people the wrong way. But none of you were concerned about this when he first posted on this site praising XTREME and running down a shop that myself and many many others have had good luck with. No one that I recall was interested in getting the whole story or even cared at that point.

I'm not sure what was there to care about if he didn't feel a need at the time to complain?
Should we ask everyone that praises a shop to find something "wrong?" I don't quite get the argument?
I for one, as did several others, requested he either put up or shut up regarding details of his alleged problems w/Xtreme.
There have been PM's and phone calls as well....believe me!
Information has been shared and resolutions sought.
As for his concerns with another shop, I'd have to go back and look at the thread (which I don't have time to do at the moment, but will later if you'll please send me a link) and see what was said.
It's always possible that I missed it.
IMO-if you're going to say something negative about a shop or an individual, you better damned well be ready and able to back it up
