O and the main reason i took it to Chris is i was selling my tuning software and heard he was the best in the panhandle.

Like i said, i think he tunes very well.

You probably didn't even realize that saying such a thing to an owner of a C5 Z06 MIGHT just piss them off, now did you?

It's entirely possible that you are just going around pissing off everyone and are clueless about this effect you have on other people. So perhaps it is time for you to just stop BLAMING everyone else for problems that might be of your own making.

So yeah, keep on trying to piss off Chris and he just might tell you to go piss up a rope and come get your car and be done with you. Lawyers be damned....
Do I hear a AMEN Bro-thus and Siesta's???
I very well can see this happening!!

FB did nothing but praise Chris on several message boards with complete confidence. Even after major engine damage the day after he picks the car up, he said nothing bad about him that I saw. Well until now when he's been without his car for far too long.

He definitely rubs people the wrong way. But none of you were concerned about this when he first posted on this site praising XTREME and running down a shop that myself and many many others have had good luck with. No one that I recall was interested in getting the whole story or even cared at that point.

I don't think that's the case sir.

I'm not sure what was there to care about if he didn't feel a need at the time to complain?
Should we ask everyone that praises a shop to find something "wrong?" I don't quite get the argument?

I for one, as did several others, requested he either put up or shut up regarding details of his alleged problems w/Xtreme.

There have been PM's and phone calls as well....believe me!
Information has been shared and resolutions sought.

As for his concerns with another shop, I'd have to go back and look at the thread (which I don't have time to do at the moment, but will later if you'll please send me a link) and see what was said.
It's always possible that I missed it.

IMO-if you're going to say something negative about a shop or an individual, you better damned well be ready and able to back it up

My Bad...sorry if I missed it.

Gordon

Nothing wrong at all with giving kudos to a shop. I was referring to him running down the other shop where no one cared for any details. I don't recall anyone being concerned about details at all. It was in FB's intro, then moved to the Board of Inquiry.

That's just the way things are... Some things will catch someone's interest, and others won't. Businesses that someone has had personal experience with just naturally catch the attention more directly then discussions about someone you haven't had any contact with.

One old saying that comes to mind is:

Pretty much sum's it up.

IIRC, that entire matter lasted a whopping 3-4 posts maybe?
