In my opinion, they have a very interesting way of interpreting the law. I guess if I go to a new car dealer in Calhoun County and they hand me the keys of a new car for a test drive, then I am not breaking any law if I just take the car home with me and claim it is now mine..... After all they GAVE me the keys to the car, did they not?
On the reverse side of this perspective, be careful taking your car to any shop within that county, as your "giving" them your car for repair obviously negates your LEGAL right of ownership.
