C8 Not bad!

I like it a lot but I was under the impression it will not be available in a convertible with manual trans .I was wrong it will be available as a vert for about $70,000 .

For the last 10 years I've been buying and flipping on a poppers scale with the intent of ending in Key West .$70,000 would certainly help get me a bus ticket .

Also I can't imagine that the C8 will not be a problem child .It'll be a challenge for a mechanic to do any engine work .

Yeah, lately when I look at anything, I stop to wonder how difficult it would be to fix something on it when it breaks. Unfortunately, I think it will be a while before reports start coming in concerning the maintenance of this new design. But at least there isn't a torque tube involved in the drivetrain.

Being a brand new design like this, you just know there are going to be issues crop up in the first rendition released the the beta testing public. So maybe waiting for the 2021 model would be wise.

I wish GM would offer a lifetime warranty for the vettes like I got for my Jeep Wrangler. Would take most of the sting out of buying something you just know is going to have "design deficiencies" somewhere.
