That's AWESOME! Great color, sweet wheels. It's so cool the corvette plant manager gets his own car for retiring. Well deserved. :thumbs:

Last weekend at the beach caravan Chris got to see Wil Cooksey and his car and he said it was SWEET !! I love the wheels on the car.

Chris said they're only making 427 of these cars to be sold in the USA and Canada.

So congrats on your car !! You will be one of the few!

They made 427 for "427 engine" to stay in North America. They also made 78 to ship overseas. Total of 505, for 505 HP.

I had seen pictures of the new 427 Special Edition but had not seen one in person. A few weeks ago, my club, Corvettes of Naples, had a show at Estero Bay Cheverolet and they had just received one. Wow, what a difference in person over the pics! Very, very nice car!
