Can anyone tell me where the cigarette lighter fuse is on a C4 ('92) - Thanks

Did you check out the fuse panel on the passenger side of the dash? Not sure about the lighter, but I know I had some interior lighting issues and the fuses were there, if I remember correctly. good luck !

Not that this will help, but the fuse for the C/L on my C5 was in the fuse panel behind the footboard on the right side. Go figure.
