So their are no shows or events for the rest of the year?

Come on guys. give us a chance to gather. Please post what's going on. Carrie, "Peek" and I wanna do some traveling.:ack2::thumbsdown:
 
Yeah, I agree. I take a look at the calendar here, and see NOTHING much going on for the next few months, so I don't bother PLANNING on anything concerning a cruise or show anywhere. Then someone posts about a show THIS weekend, and it's too late, I've got something else planned. :shrug01:
 
Do you mean things specifically coordinated by this forum? Maybe not, but there are TONS of shows and cruise ins throughout the state from now until May. Google "Florida Car Shows" and you'll get a million sites. Post here that you're going and you'll have some followers.

Dec. 3rd, Gulf Coast Corvettes is doing their annual Toys for Tots at the Bealls Parking lot on State road 70, just of I75.
Check their website. I went last yr as its a stones throw from house. Will go again this yr.

Ken, why do you have to GO to an event, when you can BE the event? :yesnod:
Dotty and I are gonna be back in the area in March, and would love to drive over to
your area and meet up with you and a bunch of CorvetteFlorida "peeps" at a restaurant in
the area that you think is decent, and can handle a group of rowdy Vetters. :thumbsup:
Whadda ya think? And is there any interest from the rest of the "peeps" out there
in CorvetteFlorida land? We will be there from March 18th thru April 2, and if we can
come up with a definite date quickly (as in before my social director fills up our calendar),
any date between those 2 (except Saturday the 24th) will be good for us. Do it for lunch
or dinner, weekend or weekday, and it doesn't matter to us.
Is it do-able?????? :shrug01:
